How we handle information provided through this website.
This notice concerns the public Estimate Care Partners website and contact inquiry form. It does not replace any separate services agreement for contractor-provided homeowner information.
Information collected
When you complete our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, business email, optional phone number, selected area of interest, and optional message. The site does not ask for homeowner estimate files or sensitive customer records.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate whether our services are a fit, and maintain ordinary business correspondence. We do not sell inquiry information.
Hosting and form processing
The website is designed to be hosted on Netlify. If Netlify hosting and Forms are enabled, Netlify may process and store form submissions. Emails sent to us are handled by our email provider, Google Workspace. Service providers may process information needed to operate these services, subject to their respective terms.
Retention and requests
We keep business inquiries for as long as reasonably needed for communications and legitimate business records, subject to applicable requirements. You may request correction or deletion of information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
Security and limitations
We use ordinary administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business website; no electronic transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Do not submit homeowner names, property addresses, financial details, or other sensitive records through the public inquiry form.
Client service information
Separate contractor service onboarding may involve homeowner contact information. That process requires an agreed secure transfer method, appropriate authorization, and a separate services agreement addressing purpose, access, retention, confidentiality, and deletion.
